Shipping Information
CANADA POST STRIKE MAY 2025 INFORMATION: Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the Canada Post strike action taking place. If you have any questions about the status of your order or placing an order with us, please reach out to our support team at hello@pseudio.ca.
We are a small team (no robots here!) so every email, phone call, message, request and order you send us are all answered and processed by our team members! If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@pseudio.ca or 1-902-405-8467 during business hours for immediate assistance.
We start processing your order as soon as we can. Most orders are processed in 1 day of ordering, but some orders may take extra time. We do our best to fulfill every order we receive, but in the event the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. Your order will be placed on hold until we speak with you. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. All shipment confirmations will be processed during PSEUDIO's office hours (Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. AST). Any emails or orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered the next business day.
All shipments are shipped with either Canada Post, FedEx or UPS with deliveries taking 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live in Canada it could take up to 7 business days. Remote locations may take up to 13 business days. Don’t worry, when your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can stay up to date on when your order will arrive!
At PSEUDIO, we value our customers tremendously. We are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, however PSEUDIO cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc. that may result in a delay of arrival for your order.
If your package arrives damaged, or your item(s) are damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@pseudio.ca or 1-902-405-8467 as soon as possible! Our goal is that you love every item you order and all item(s) arrive in perfect condition, if for some reason you don’t please let us know!
Return to sender packages: If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to PSEUDIO by the courier, then we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
Shipping Rates
We ship to all regions within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75 CAD (before applicable taxes). Standard shipping for orders below $75 is a flat rate of $15.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you provide the wrong shipping address, please contact us at hello@pseudio.ca as soon as possible to attempt to correct the address. Once the package is shipped, we cannot guarantee that Canada Post will be able to change the delivery address. There may be a fee to correct the address once it has left our shipping facility and is in transit with Canada Post, or if the item has arrived back at our facility "return to sender" there may be additional shipping charges required to re-ship your package.
*Please note that since we ship with Canada Post, if you have a PO Box you must provide it as the shipping address since Canada Post will not deliver to the street address in that case
