Holiday Shipping Guidelines
We recommend placing your order by December 16 for the best chance of receiving your order by December 24.
We ship from Halifax, NS, and typical transit times are:
Atlantic Provinces

NS & NB: 1–3 business days

NL: 4–7+ business days (may vary due to ferry schedules and weather)

PEI: 1–3 business days
Central Canada

QC: 2–4 business days
-
ON: 2–5 business days (remote areas may require additional time)

MB: 4–6 business days
Prairies & West

SK: 4–7 business days

AB: 5–7 business days

BC: 6–8 business days (remote areas may require longer)
Orders placed after December 16 will continue to ship on business days. Many local orders may still arrive quickly, but delivery by December 24 cannot be guaranteed for all locations.
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Order Processing
We start processing your order as soon as we can.

Most orders are processed within 1 day of ordering, but some orders may take extra time.

We do our best to fulfill every order we receive, but in the event an item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email.

Your order will be placed on hold until we speak with you.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to:

cancel an order

edit billing or shipping details

combine orders

add additional products to an existing order

Shipping Confirmation
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
All shipment confirmations are processed during PSEUDIO’s office hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. AST
Any emails or orders received outside of these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered the next business day.

All shipments are shipped with Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS.

When your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can stay up to date on when your order will arrive.
At PSEUDIO, we value our customers tremendously. We are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time. However, PSEUDIO cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions, that may result in delivery delays.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged, or your item(s) are damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@pseudio.ca or 1-902-405-8467 as soon as possible.
Our goal is that you love every item you order and that all item(s) arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you don’t, please let us know.
Return to Sender Packages
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to PSEUDIO by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment.

The original shipping fee is not refundable.
Shipping Rates

We ship to all regions within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD (before applicable taxes).

Standard shipping for orders below $75 CAD is a flat rate of $15.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly.

If you provide the wrong shipping address, please contact us at hello@pseudio.ca as soon as possible to attempt to correct the address.

Once the package has shipped, we cannot guarantee that Canada Post will be able to change the delivery address.

There may be a fee to correct the address once it has left our shipping facility and is in transit with Canada Post.

If the item arrives back at our facility as “return to sender,” additional shipping charges may be required to re-ship your package.
📌 Please note: since we ship with Canada Post, if you have a PO Box you must provide it as the shipping address. Canada Post will not deliver to a street address in this case.
