Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or holidays.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm how you would like to proceed. Orders may be placed on hold until we receive your instructions.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping confirmations are sent during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. AST). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS with tracked services.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • 3–7 business days for most locations within Canada
  • Up to 13 business days for remote areas

Delivery estimates apply after your order has been shipped.

Once shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier and may be affected by weather conditions, service interruptions, or other external factors.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package or item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pseudio.ca or 1-902-405-8467 with your order details. We will review and assist with next steps.

Return to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within Canada.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes)
  • Flat rate shipping of $15 CAD on orders under $100 CAD

We currently do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

If you use a PO Box, please enter it as your shipping address, as some carriers may not deliver to street addresses in these cases.
