Online Refund Policy


Only items purchased online can be returned online. Online purchases may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (minus a $8 flat shipping fee) within 20 days of purchase. You may exchange items within 20 days of purchase in store only - exchanges are not currently supported online.

 

Your item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging and with original tags attached. Earrings, facemasks, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, gift cards and items 50% or more off the regular price are final sale with no possibility of refund or exchange. If you need any sizing assistance, please reach out to us before placing your order, we will be glad to help you!  

 

We apply a $8 shipping rate on all orders returned online (shipped back to us) and free returns on all online orders returned in store. The $8 fee will be automatically deduced from your refund when you request it. All shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping.

 

Please note that all returns are subject to validation by PSEUDIO and PSEUDIO reserves the right to limit or refuse a return if it does not meet the above conditions.

To Return: 

 

We offer 2 ways to return your product: 

 

  1. Return to a PSEUDIO store (it’s free!) 
    If you purchased your items online or in store, you can return or exchange at any PSEUDIO location in Canada for free. Click here to find the store nearest you.

 

Make sure you bring your order number or invoice (mobile or printed work), government issued ID and the card used for original purchase. If you do not have these, you may be issued a gift card or store credit. If someone is returning for you in store, they must have the original purchase method, items and order confirmation. We will not accept third party returns without those. Shipping and other fees are non refundable. Please note orders placed with other payment options such as PayPal cannot receive refunds in store besides store credit. 

 

All returns are subject to approval. Please contact us at returns@pseudio.ca or 1-902-405-8467 if you have any questions. 

 

  1. Ship your item(s) back to us

 

  1. Request a return online: Simply click the "View your order" button in your order confirmation email, or log in to your account on Pseudio.ca and navigate to the Orders tab and select the order you wish to return. From here, follow the prompts and and submit your request. You will not be able to submit the request if your order violates the conditions for returns noted above. Note: return requests are only available once an order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please email returns@pseudio.ca. Cancellations are not guaranteed, but we will do the best we can!

 

  1. Pack your items: Once your return has been approved, our customer service team will email you a shipping label for your return. Print this label and attach it to the outside of your package. Ensure all items you wish to return are packed and sealed securely in original packaging, if possible. Please include original invoice. If this is not possible, please write your order number and item/style number for each item being returned.

  2. Ship your package: Drop off your package at the selected carrier. We'll process your refund once your order arrives back at our head office.


Once your return is received, you will receive an email confirming your refund. If rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to you. If approved your return will be processed, and your refund will be made using your original purchase method. 

 

We currently are unable to offer online exchanges. If you cannot exchange in store, we recommend returning your order and placing a new one.
