Refunds & returns
Returns follow our Refund Policy. When approved:
- We initiate the refund via Affirm.
- Affirm pauses your plan and refunds payments made (minus any interest paid).
- Partial or full refunds supported up to 120 days after purchase.
Disputes
- If items are defective or not received, you can file a dispute with Affirm.
- Funds may be held during review (up to ~30 days); we’ll provide shipment/return proof as needed.
- When resolved in your favor, payments are adjusted or refunded accordingly.
