Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, or holidays.
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pseudio.ca or 1-877-425-0055.
Once an order has been processed for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm how you would like to proceed. Orders may be placed on hold until we receive your instructions.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via Canada Post using standard tracked services.
Estimated delivery times are 1–7 business days for most locations within Canada. Remote areas may take up to 13 business days.
Delivery estimates apply after your order has been shipped.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping confirmations are sent during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. AST). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier and may be affected by weather conditions, service interruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within Canada.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and discounts)
- Flat rate shipping of $15 CAD on orders under $100 CAD
We currently do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
If you require delivery to these regions, please contact us for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package or item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pseudio.ca with your order details. We will review and assist with next steps.
Address Accuracy & Return to Sender
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If you use a PO Box, please enter it as your shipping address, as Canada Post may not deliver to street addresses in these cases.
