  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?  

It takes us 1-2 business days to process and ship out your order. We will send you the tracking information so you’ll know exactly when your package will arrive!  

 

  1. Where do you ship?  

Currently, we only ship within Canada excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut.  

 

  1. What is your return policy?  

You can return your unworn, unused products with original tags in store or online within 20 days of your delivery date with a few exceptions. 

 

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?  

We start to process your order once it’s placed, if you need to cancel or amend your order, give us a call or email ASAP. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or amendments. We will let you know if your request has been accepted.   

 

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

  1. Where are you located?  

Our head office & warehouse is in Halifax, Nova Scotia!  

 

  1. When will I get my refund?  

Once your items have been received by us, and we have approved your return, you can expect your refund within 7 business days.
