What is our online return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help!

Online purchases may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (minus original shipping costs if applicable) within 20 days of the shipping date. Only items purchased online can be returned by mail.

Item(s) must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging, with tags attached. Earrings, facemasks, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, hosiery, gift cards and items discounted 50% off or more the regular price are final sale with no possibility of refund or exchange.

We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping. We recommend you return your goods via recorded or registered post.

How do I make a return for an online order?
To return an online order, there are 2 options:

1. Return to Store (It's Free!) :
Whether you bought your items online or in store, you can return them in any one of our PSEUDIO stores. To find the nearest store to you, please use our store locator.

To complete a return, please bring your order confirmation email/invoice (on your mobile device or printed) and the card you used for the original purchase.

Please Note: If you do not have proof of purchase, your items will not be considered for a return or in-store credit. Shipping is not refundable. Items discounted at 50% or more are final sale and do not qualify for a return or in-store credit. For more information, please refer to our Online Return Policy page. 2. Ship it Back to Us
Please Note: A return postage fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
a. Request a return. You can do this via our website, phone, or email. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and pictures (if applicable). We will send you an RMA and packing slip, to be attached to your package.
b. Pack your items. Please ensure all items you wish to return are packed and sealed securely in original packaging, if possible. Please include original invoice or order confirmation in your package.
c. Ship your package. Write your RMA number on the outside of your package, along with your packing slip. Choose your preferred, trusted carrier, and bring to the nearest postal office.

Please Note: The RMA number is a small, 6-digit number located at the bottom, middle of the return label. This number just helps us sort the packages as they arrive to our warehouse to ensure we get these processed as quick as possible.

d. Once your return is received, you will receive an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If rejected, the item(s) will be sent back to you. If approved your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued using your original purchase method within 5-7 business days.
What items are eligible for a return?
We gladly accept returns on regular-priced items purchased online within 20 days of the shipping date. Item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition and in original packaging with tags attached.

Can I return my online order in-store?
Yes, and it’s free! To return your online order at an in-store location, just bring the merchandise in its original condition, along with your order confirmation email/invoice (on your mobile device or printed) and the card used at the time of purchase to a store near you.

Item(s) must meet all return policy requirements to be considered for a refund. For more information on return conditions, please refer to the Online Return Policy page.
How long do I have to return an online order?

Do you have a Holiday Return Policy?
We do! We do!
We understand holiday shopping can be tough so rest assured, any item(s) purchased as a gift can be returned until January 6th, 2024.

I didn’t receive a return label with my order, how do I receive one?
Don’t stress! Pre-paid return labels must be printed and are not physically included in your parcels. To receive a return label, simply email returns@pseudio.ca with your order details as well as the item(s) you wish to return, and we authorize a label to be sent to your inbox.
When will I receive my refund?
All online returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days upon arrival at our warehouse.
Once received, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional days for the refund to be fully processed. This can typically take between 5-10 business days to fully reflect on the account.
How much do returns by mail cost?
Only items purchased online can be returned by mail. We do require a $5 return postage fee on all returns made by mail that is deducted from your refund. All other shipping fees / charges are fully covered by PSEUDIO.
Can I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges and/or price adjustments for online orders through our Online Customer Service Portal.
Exchanges are offered in-store within 20 days of the shipping date, as long as all other return requirements are met.

Shipping
How fast is your shipping?
All PSEUDIO orders are shipped through Canada Post – Expedited Shipping, with deliveries typically taking between 1-4 business days.

Depending on where you live in Canada, shipping times may vary and take up to 7 days for the delivery, with remote locations taking up to 13 business days.

Don’t worry, once your order has shipped, we will send you a Canada Post tracking number so you can stay up to date on all shipping updates!
How much does shipping cost?
PSEUDIO offers free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CDN (before applicable taxes). Standard shipping for orders below $100 is a flat rate of $10.

Please note: All our orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Shipping, including our returns.
Can I track my order?
Of course you can!
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email containing a Canada Post tracking number.
To track your order, simply follow the tracking link attached to the shipment confirmation email to see any shipping updates.
Do you offer in-store pick up for items ordered online?
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer in-store pick-up for items purchased online.
Payment
What payment methods are available to me?
We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Afterpay as available payment methods.
My promo code isn’t working, what do I do?
If you're having trouble with a promo code, here are some things to check:

- Is the promo code entered correctly?
- Are all items in your cart eligible for this promotion?
- Confirm the promo code has not expired and is still valid.
- Ensure there are no other promo codes applied to this purchase.

If the problem continues to persist, please reach out to our Customer Support Team by emailing hello@pseudio.ca and/or calling 1-877-425-0055 during business hours with a detailed explanation and we can help resolve the issue.
Can I use my gift card online?
Unfortunately, we are currently not able to process any online purchases using PSEUDIO gift cards.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer the purchase of PSEUDIO gift cards online.
Why haven’t I received an order or shipping confirmation?
Make sure to double check the spelling on all order details for possible typos, as well as check all junk, spam, and promotional folders as sometimes our emails can get sent here and be missed.

Are your products true to size?
Our products come from a wide variety of different brands and vendors, which can all fit slightly differently.
We always recommend using the model / garment measurements as a reference guide prior to choosing a size.
Do you have a size chart?
We do! All branded size guides can be found under ‘Customer Care’ on the footer of each page. We also try to include all model / garment measurements to help decide which size will work best.

Please Note: These are approximate conversions. If your measurements are in between two sizes, we recommend the larger size.
What do I do if I receive a defective item?
Oh, no!
We are SO sorry to hear an item was delivered not in perfect condition.
To ensure we get this fixed as quickly as possible, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at hello@pseudio.ca with any order information and a clear photo of the defective item.

Please Note: Any defective items purchased in-store must be returned to an in-store location.
Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or on promotion?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any price adjustments and/or promotions on previously purchased items.
Order Cancellations
I made a mistake – Can I change my order details?
Unfortunately not - Once an order is submitted, order details cannot be changed or modified.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you've placed an order and received a cancellation email, we sincerely apologize! Upon processing your order, sometimes item(s) may be identified as out of stock and will be immediately refunded.

Not to worry, the cancellation email confirms the out-of-stock item(s) have been refunded and the funds are being returned to the card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to fully reflect on the account.

Please Note: Shipping fees, if applicable, will apply to the remaining item(s) in your order.
My order was cancelled, when will I receive my refund?
If you’ve received an email stating your order has been cancelled, these item(s) will have already been refunded to the original method of payment.

Afterpay
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a shop now, pay later service that allows customers to pay for their purchases in 4 interest-free payments up to a maximum spend of $2000.
Can I return items that were purchased with Afterpay/PayPal?
Afterpay and PayPal orders can ONLY be returned by mail. If you return items purchased via PayPal or Afterpay in-store, we’ll exchange them or issue you merchandise credit.

Please Note: Exchanges made for Afterpay / PayPal orders MUST be of the same or greater value. We are not able to return any funds in-store to an Afterpay /PayPal account.
Can I exchange items purchased with Afterpay?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of online orders through our Online Customer Service Portal. To exchange items purchased online through Afterpay and/or PayPal, please visit one of our in-store locations.

Where does my refund go if I paid with Afterpay?
All refunds for purchases made using Afterpay and/or PayPal will be refunded to their respective Afterpay / PayPal accounts used at the time of purchase.

1.     How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Currently, we only ship within Canada excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut.

4.     Can I cancel or change my order?

We start to process your order once it’s placed, if you need to cancel or amend your order, give us a call or email ASAP. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or amendments. We will let you know if your request has been successful. We are a small, local business so we’ll try our best to do what we can to ensure you love your new products and you get exactly what you want!

6.     Do you have a size chart?

7.     Where are you located?

8.     What is Prop 65?

California Proposition 65, or the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warnings about exposure to chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive issues. The list contains over 900 chemicals since it’s induction in 1987. For more information regarding Prop 65 please click here.

Sometimes our products from California will have a tag with Prop 65 attached to it, this is only because the product was in that state. 

 

9.     When will I get my refund?

Once your items have been received by us, and we have approved your return, you can expect your refund within 7 business days.
