1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes us 1-2 business days to process and ship out your order, but don’t worry we’ll send you the tracking information so you’ll know exactly when your new goodies will arrive! To review our full shipping policy click here
2. Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Canada excluding the Northwest Territories, Yukon & Nunavut.
3. What is your return policy?
You can return your unworn, unused products with original tags in store or online within 20 days of your delivery date with a few exceptions – for our full return policy click here.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
We start to process your order once it’s placed, if you need to cancel or amend your order, give us a call or email ASAP. We cannot guarantee any cancellations or amendments. We will let you know if your request has been successful. We are a small, local business so we’ll try our best to do what we can to ensure you love your new products and you get exactly what you want!

7. What is Prop 65?
California Proposition 65, or the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warnings about exposure to chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive issues. The list contains over 900 chemicals since it’s induction in 1987. For more information regarding Prop 65 please click here.
Sometimes our products from California will have a tag with Prop 65 attached to it, this is only because the product was in that state.
8. When will I get my refund?
Once your items have been received by us, and we have approved your return, you can expect your refund within 7 business days.
