We ship to all regions within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100 CDN (before applicable taxes). Standard shipping for orders below $100 is a flat rate of $10.
All shipments are shipped with Canada Post - EXPEDITED, with deliveries taking 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live in Canada it could take up to 7 business days. Remote locations may take up to 13 business days. Don’t worry, once your order has shipped, we will send you a Canada Post tracking number so you can stay up to date on when your order will arrive!
Purchases may be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment (minus original shipping costs if applicable) within 20 days of the shipping date.
Holiday Return Policy
We will gladly refund items purchased as gifts until January 6, 2024. Items discounted by 50% off or more are final sale.

Note: A return postage fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Request a return. You can do this via our website, phone or email. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and pictures (if applicable). We will send you an RMA and packing slip, to be attached to your package.
